Chain Evolutions: My Weapon Keeps Evolving into New Weapons in Vampire Survivors Modded
343Today in Vampire Survivors I made some modifications where each weapon keeps evolving in a chain, pretty much the same chain if you open your collection/a candy box. What started off as a fun attempt to figure out how it would be, it quickly turns into a "Yea well, Dex made it, so you can't expect the mod to work" and a lot of fun of underestimating how weak having a single level 1 weapon 20 minutes in would be. I am not sure how but yea.

✵Mod Download and Installation Guide
Note: While this mod won't break your game it can be a risk to install mods since certain data can effect what happens in your game and is saved in the save file, or unlock things you shouldn't have yet.
I will explain how to revert back to normal VS at the end.
Important: I can only provide this guide and help for Windows, not for Mac, Linux or anything else.
1) Confirm your game version is v.11.306, else there is no guarantee your game will start. If you just downloaded the mod and your game is not starting, jump to the last step to re-download files (it doesn't reset progress)
2) Download the mod from https://www.mediafire.com/file/l6zsl8nxtd9m59s/main.bundle.js/file
3) Find your game save location, mine is at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Vampire Survivors\resources\app\.webpack\renderer
4) Copy in main.bundle.js and replace yours. This file just contains information on how to run the game, so you don't need a backup.
5) Play the game and have fun!
6) If you want to return to normal Vampire Survivors, simply right-click the game in Steam while the game is closed, select "Properties" and "Local Files" and click on "Verify integrity of game files". This will re-download all changed files and you are back to your normal game.
