Chaining Deadly Combos in A NEW Roguelike Deckbuilder | Novus Orbis - Part 1
Hello everyone! Here we are with a new release. This is Novus Orbis, a roguelike deckbuilder that counts with the classic Slay The Spire-like mechanics, with one of the main differences that most cards have a combo trigger, meaning, that you can be chaining combos as long as you play them in a particular order (buffing the cards). Game is pretty enjoyable and HARD, so if you get unlucky with the rewards, you will suffer (it happened to me in a not released run xD). The two main things I am not a big fan of is that the unique stuff this game counts with is pretty hidden (because most of them are random events) and, when you find one, there are high chances that you will mess up and get a curse instead. Secondly, difficulty escalates A LOT between worlds. I mean, I felt QUITE STRONG during this run, but I got obliterated in the last area... Three enemies getting 5 or 3 evasion charges every round... with over 200 HP... and combined dealing over 100 damage... Like I mentioned, I had a lot of fun playing this run, but if that is what is waiting for me after 2 hours of sweat, tears and blood, only the blood is left, so I don't really feel like trying again (because, oh man, I was feeling OP).
If some of you guys have played this already and beaten it, let me know how your experience was.
