In this video we play some 20XX on Defiant Mode with a handful of skull modifiers turned on.

Skull modifiers used in this video:
Swarm: More enemies spawn.
Final Destination: No items of any kind spawn, ever.
Furor: Enemies act faster.
Wrath: Enemies deal more damage.
Undying: Enemies have more health.
Stone: Damage from level hazards are quadrupled.
Endless: The journey doesn't end until you die.
Destiny: Only one next-level portal is at the end of each level.
Dearth: Only the first three bosses grant their normal rewards.
