21Right then... Tails has to escape through Hydro City 1. Problem is... he can't touch the water (except at the end with the mini-boss). He must clear the act in 3:30. Kinda a hoo-hum challenge. Anybody got any really exciting ones? No offense ironblade, but... wasn't all that fun.
