Manipulate guards to make them kill each other, then pick up their weapon, beware of your low ammunition and of these noisy weapons they had. If no more ammo, an alarm could save you by luring guards who would be able to open a locked door for you, it could be useful sometimes, especially when you can't make noise with a weapon. So if you got no more ammo, maybe push the button or just stand under a surveillance camera, then rush to the doors. Also maybe don't pick up all weapons on the floor, just in case, while running towards the ones you would have left, you would also win some time, and what better than surprise them with a " say hello to my little friend " ?
