Challenging Minesweeping Card Roguelike | Innkeeper's Basement
3If this is what the basement is like, I'm down! Innkeeper's Basement challenges you to work your way down to find the disturbance. Along the way, you'll be offered new cards, items, and DRINKS! Yes! Drinks help to boost your character, remove unwanted cards, and more!
Movement is based completely on revealing squares minesweeper style. As a square is revealed, a number will appear on all unrevealed squares around , detailing what could possibly be found here. There are also many ways to reveal the map as you go along!
Characters are built by race and class AND zodiac sign. Each adds new cards, traits, and banes / boons to the play. So a mage will be able to work his mana really well but everything costing stamina is double, showing the frailty of the class.
Overall, a great new concept in the roguelike genre!
