This originally appeared at the very end of the first video in my Let's Play of Chameleon Twist 2, but I also wanted to post it by itself since it's such a weird glitch. In addition to the graphics + sound flipping out, the music also gets goofed up a bit shortly after, but it seems to resolve itself after roughly 10 seconds or so.
