Learn How to change an application icon manually on ubuntu

1. Install nautilus:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install nautilus

2. run Nautilus:
sudo nautilus

3. Change Icon:
Go to application directory.
~/usr/share/applications/

Right click on the Application.

Click on properties.

Click on the small icon box and select your desired icon.

Apply
