Here's how to change default Color, Shape, Font of Comment Box in Excel.

i. To change the default comment shape in Excel, follow these steps:

1. Open the Excel workbook that contains the comments you want to change.
2. Click on the **File** tab.
3. Click on **Options**.
4. In the **Excel Options** dialog box, click on the **Advanced** tab.
5. In the **Display** section, scroll down to the **Comments** section.
6. Select the **Use a custom shape for comments** check box.
7. In the **Shape** drop-down list, select the shape you want to use for comments.
