580Turns out getting a civil war to stop is time consuming. We are already over half a billion in the hole and still have not managed to get the paranid factions to unite. Remind me to start stuff like this way earlier next time and let it run in the background. But we are a lot closer than we were when we started, lets hope the next step is the last and hopefully not as long winded.
