22The fusion Phoenix of Wuthering Waves is finally out and as it turns out, she is absolutely insane in terms of damage, animations, and just overall design.
After the disaster that was pulling for YinLin, I was a lot more hopeful for Changli when it finally came down to it and as it turns out, I was completely right.
What follows is some of the craziest pulls I've ever had in a gacha, and most definitely THE craziest in Wuthering Waves so far. I really hope it carries on, but for now, I'll just be satisfied with having Changli coming home in some regard. 🔥
