I think I made a mistake by saying that I go full-time. Not because it would be dumb to do this without having a huge fan base already, but mainly because of money issues. If I stop with my study now, I waste 1 year of study funds which means that if I ever happen to fail for one more year at school, I have to pay an insane amount of money to the government.
To avoid this risk I have decided the following:
- I will finish this year of school.
- I will still be doing YouTube next to it, but not full-time
- If I finish this year nicely, I get the opportunity from my parents to take 1 year off and go full-time with YouTube after the summer vacation. This depends on my growth till then.
This will mitigate most of the important risks. I'm sorry for making the mistake of announcing that I would be doing this. I went too fast with it and that was immature of me. I should have thought more thoroughly about it before making such a decision.
