Chao Adventure is a mini-game that can be played on the VMU in Sonic Adventure for the Dreamcast. This game is designed to train the player's Chao to become faster and stronger, and it appears when the player transfers a Chao from the Chao Garden in Sonic Adventure to the VMU using the Transporter Machine.
When Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut was released on the Nintendo GameCube, Chao Adventure was replaced with connectivity to the Tiny Chao Garden in Sonic Advance, Sonic Advance 2 and Sonic Pinball Party. The equivalent mini-game for Sonic Adventure 2 is Chao Adventure 2.
