Ever wanted a Radiant Silvergun like game on your Sega Dreamcast, well, here is just that, Chaos Field (2004) originally released on the Sega NAOMI 2 on May 25th, 2004 and 3 ports on the Dreamcast (12/16/04), Playstation 2 (02/24/05) and Gamecube (02/24/05 and 12/20/05, NA) (It's on the Nintendo Gamecube and saw a North American release if you can believe it! Publisher: OE Entertainment) This is a mostly boss rush game, you take down giant enemy space ships with your space ship that can do rapid shots, laser sword, lock-on lasers, change the sky color and some kind of protection around you. This game does not allow the analogue stick to be used, but the D-pad instead. (It still works well, mind you.) Which is quite a bum, but you can get used to it quickly though. The soundtrack sounds cool and not a bad game. Check this game out if it appeals to you. Btw, this is Milestone's first game, then came Radirgy and Karous which also appeared on the Dreamcast well after the Dreamcast discontinued back in 2001.
