This's the 1.1 Galactic Roaming Banner Character Kit Explanation for Honkai: Star Rail!
This's My first time doing this type of video so I'm not that good. I forgot to say Yukong Ult Gives Crit Rate & Dmg Boost to all teammates.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━✨{ Expand Me }✨━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Written Explanation:
✨Silver Wolf (5 Stars) Quantum-Nihility:
Basic attack: Apply a random bug (Debuff). The debuff is between Slow, Atk Reduction, and Def Reduction.

Skill (75% chance): Apply 1 random weakness randomly from your party to 1 enemy that you target and also deal Dmg.

Ultimate (85% Chance): Dealing Aoe Dmg & have a chance to apply a defense reduction to the enemy.

Technique (Atk Enemy): Deal aoe dmg and deal aoe toughness(shield) Dmg regardless of their weakness/whatever the enemy's weakness is.


✨Luocha (5 Stars) Imaginary - Abundance:
Every time Luocha skill/ult He gets an Abyss flower. Having a certain amount of flowers will make him apply a Field that boosts atk and also heal a character when they attack.

Skill: Heal 1 teammate. if Luocha's teammate got attacked and the character's hp drops down to a certain % He will heal that character again immediately (Can be triggered again after a certain number of turns).
After Luocha unlocks Cleansing Revival Trace, Luocha Will not just heal, Luocha Will also cleanse a debuff from a teammate that got healed using Luocha's Skill.

Ultimate: Dealing Aoe Dmg and dispelling buff from the enemy, also can imprison enemies as well (on Cn I saw the enemy got atk reduction but it didn't show here so maybe they change that).
Technique (Buff): When entering a battle Luocha will apply the field.


✨Yukong (4 Stars) Imaginary - Harmony:
Roaring Bow Strength (Atk Boost): is a stack/charge that Yukong got after she use a skill/Technique. Each stack will be consumed for each attack that your character does.

Basic attack (Talent): Yukong will have an enchanted Basic Attack that additional Dmg and also deal more toughness dmg to the enemy (Reduce the enemy's shield more). Can be triggered again after a set number of turn

Skill: Apply 2 stacks/Charges of Roaring Bow Strength that Gives Atk Boost

Ultimate: Single target Dmg Dealing Move, The Dmg will increase more if you still have Roaring Bow Strength. After Using Ult, Yukong Will Also Boost Your Teammate's Crit Rate & Crit Dmg

Technique (Buff): Increase Yukong Is Movement speed in the open world and also give Her 2 stacks/charges of Roaring Bow Strength.
