Today, I discuss characters I highly recommend every player should build on their account, and I also go over potential Dr. Ratio, Sparkle & Black Swan team concepts that could work in Honkai: Star Rail. The meta has been changing in Honkai Star Rail, due to the release of a character called Ruan Mei, which has players potentially wondering who they should build on their accounts. As for what Ruan Mei offers, she is a brand new Ice Harmony Character who focuses on increasing the damage of allies, increasing allies' speed, increasing weakness break efficiency of the team, delaying enemies, and much more! Her banner consists of Ruan Mei, Xueyi, Tingyun, and March 7th and will be the first phase of version 1.6. Kafka will be making a rerun alongside Dr. Ratio in the second phase of version 1.6. As for Black Swan & Sparkle, they will be the two 5-star characters of Version 2.0 and are highly anticipated for quantum teams with Sparkle, and Black Swan being a potential partner for Kafka.
