Today, I showcase my newly built Himeko in a team with Ruan Mei, Topaz & Numby, and Fu Xuan in Honkai Star Rail. I showcase Himeko in Memory of Chaos and show my team's builds and also how insanely strong Himeko can be! As for the newest character Ruan Mei, she is a brand new Ice Harmony Character who focuses on increasing the damage of allies, increasing allies' speed, increasing weakness break efficiency of the team, delaying enemies, and much more! Her banner consists of Ruan Mei, Xueyi, Tingyun, and March 7th and will be the first phase of version 1.6. Kafka will be making a rerun alongside Dr. Ratio in the second phase of version 1.6.
