Support for Dropdown (Single) Custom Field in Email/SMS & WhatsApp Chat Widget:
The chat widget now supports a Dropdown (Single) custom field for better data collection and interaction in email, SMS, and WhatsApp communications.
Handling Contact Deletion During Active/Inactive/Old Chat Sessions:
Previously, when a sub-account user deleted a conversation while there was an active/inactive/old live chat session, the end user was unable to continue the conversation due to the conversationId being deleted or not refetched.
Solution - With the new fix, if a contact is deleted during an active/Inactive/Old chat session, a new conversation will be initiated and a new contact will be created, ensuring that the conversation can continue without disruption.
