Chat with agents to report or cancel shopeefood orders
Stages if hit by a fictitious order
DO NOT PANIC
1. Don't finish the order Whatever happens
2. Screenshot of the order display
3. Screenshot of the chat with the customer (As evidence we tried to chat with the customer, there was no response)
4. Screenshot of call logs with customers - Call the customer at least 3 times (As proof we tried to contact the customer, there was no response)
5. Immediately contact CS; Click Profile photo - Help - Scroll down by yourself, there is an email and a CS phone number. Or in another way in the Shopee shopping app
6. Open the Shopee shopping application - click "Me" (bottom right corner) - Scroll down by yourself - Click "Chat with Shopee (Chat with Live Agent - Chat with shopee agents - Shopee Food - Driver"
7. Of the 3 ways to contact CS, immediately say that you can make a fictitious order;
Example :
I am Driver ShopeeFood Driver ID 12345 got a fictitious order with Order ID 12345678910 (Also attach proof of order screenshots, chat and call logs with customers)
8. While waiting for a reply from the central CS, immediately look for the nearest orphanage
9. Deliver Food/Drink to the Orphanage
10. Photo when handing over food with a background that looks like a sign/writing on the name of the orphanage
11. Photo of food handover receipt (food handover receipts are usually provided by the orphanage, in the form of zakat receipts or donations).
12. Send food handover photos and receipts from the orphanage to CS
13. Wait for a reply email from CS
14. Purchase fee will be returned to Driver Balance
