Note: I have beaten the game..though i haven't 100%'ed it yet.

The Path is an interesting Independent Game made by Tale of Tales. The game is a retelling of the old Little Red Riding Hood fairy tales and adds some crazy horrorish twists to the story and 6 "Riding Hoods" to play as.

This game is SLOW and gamers who favor action and fast paced gameplay will hate it. Those who like something different, like to explore and enjoy a story that requires some imagination to add to it should like this one.

I personally like it and feel it was worth my 10 bucks.

Story: 8.7 (people who lack imagination may think the story is "lacking" as most of it is dealt in obscure ways)

Controls: 8.6 (simple and solid. Nothing complex. Though action-gamers may hate "waiting" for the character to react. People may be annoyed they can't run constantly without being "blind.")

Graphics: 9.4 (While they arent cutting edge 1337 graphix!!11 The world, models and atmosphere of the game and locations are beautiful, vibrant, dark and sometimes freakishly disturbing.)

Music/sound: 10 (Constant music that blends and changes with the games events. Cheerful, foreboding, creepy, whimsical...they all fit the mood when required.

Fun: 9.8 (Overall this game was fun in it's unique way. There is a good ammount of little details to keep most players playing for hours)
