Get the latest .zip from the github, extract to usb, and then copy it over to your memory card within UlaunchElf.How you boot UlaunchElf is up to to whether that is via FMCB, Fortuna Project, Funtuna, FreeDVDBoo, Modchip with boot disk, or FHDB.Once you got Cheat Device running, select the cheats for your favorite game, then run OPL and start your game. If everything goes well, then cheats are enabled! Enjoy!
