This was the prototype build for Checkered Flag that was exhibited at the 1993 Consumer Electronics Show. The irony is this rough, unfinished prototype has better controls than the released game. This game had linear steering versus a "momentum" steering (where the longer you held left or right, the more the steering wheel turned). The momentum control on a non-analog directional pad made the released game virtually unplayable.
