Megaquarium* is an aquarium management sim.

By all accounts they have stayed true to the aquarium world in the way the fish have requirements, the environments they need, and so on. It has a very nice and relaxing game play environment but some feel it has limited simulation/management elements. I prefer the more accessible simulations though, so I'm pleased with it. Possibly a little over priced here in Australia though at $36 at launch.

I enjoyed giving it a go and managed to complete the first level, the tutorial level, in my one hour video. Only the basic items are unlocked at this stage but it gives a good feel for what the game play is like. The more people like your aquarium the more fish you can unlock who all have new care requirements that you need to fulfil. There is also the needs of the patrons. So take a look and see what you think.
