In this video I take a look at Sail and Sacrifice* a single player open world adventure game.
The game is in Early Access and as it stands it buggy but I loved the game play. It was whimsical but really fun so I played it for over an hour. The biggest problem I had though was after an hour of playing when I had earned lots of gold and even a new ship, I wanted to make sure it would resume my game properly because I couldn't see any way to manually save the game. So I exited to the main menu and selected the continue option. Instead of materializing on the deck of my ship where I left off, I was swimming in the middle of the ocean, all my gold was gone and my crew as well? I checked my missions and they were still completed, so it was my game continued but I had lost everything I worked ages for. This is pretty much a game breaking bug so I hope it gets fixed soon because the game itself, despite having lower quality production, was really fun.
