In this video I take a look at WARPARTY or WAR PARTY* an RTS set in the stone age.
A nice RTS game with base building, upgrades, resource management, powers, etc. It's fun to play and should sufficiently quench the thirst of RTS fans.
I did experience a problem in the tutorial where advancing past the text notifications saw some skipped resulting in me being unable to figure out how to proceed for some time until I figured out the appropriate way to select the item in question. Clicking it didn't select it but lassoing it was required. It took some time to find this nuance so I had to re start the video. This time I waited for the text prompts and was clearly told as it wasn't skipped. This felt a little sloppy but the game play was still solid, fun RTS which I enjoyed.
