I always seem to meet interesting people at wars, and Ray is what I'd qualify and pretty freakin' interesting: arming himself with a 600$ home made monstrosity of a blaster that hits 130 feet flat at 180 FPS semi-auto with a 10 dart quick-refill hopper, and then shoves a RIVAL shotgun on there for good measure. What a time to be alive.
