My first game against Battle Chess (NES) at level 3. I thought I was making good progress and winning the a-pawn, however I got my queen trapped. I noticed the rook on queen threat down the e-file as well as the potential knight check, as well as how quickly the two pieces in-between the rook and queen could move... however did not calculate the threat well enough as I did not see that my queen was trapped with the bishop attack.

Upon analysis, it is move 48. Re6 that truly loses the game, with the follow up 48... Ra1!
