I recorded and compiled video game footage of the 4th Gen (f-body) Chevrolet Camaro in racing games. I haven't done a car showcase video in a long time with a Chevy Camaro, so I thought it was appropriate to do so now. Another reason is that I just felt like it, I have a lot of nostalgia associated with this car, driving it in the first few Gran Turismo games. Mainly because it's just such a handy car in earlier races for each game. It makes for a good second car, not first car as I never have enough money to buy it as a first car.

The 4th Gen Camaro is also the generation that introduced me to the model in the first place. Which made a great first impression, the earlier 4th Gens were great looking designs and I even find charm with the catfish facelift made later on. They were also pretty fast, V8 models making between high 200s to well over 300 hp depending on the year and trim. The LT and LS engines were no joke. Though I imagine most of you knew that already considering that the LS engines are used frequently in engine swaps.

Notes:
- I'm surprised on how well-modelled the Camaro shown in both Rush games is considering that it's a full-on arcade racer. One that has explosions and other craziness. They're still not full accurate with things like the paint and the taillights, but it's still alright.
- With that said, Test Drive 5 unsurprisingly has issues with the model on the proportions of certain parts. The model is recognizable, but looks off.
- Top Gear Overdrive looks okay for the time, but I can't say this game is the most fun to play.
- Project Gotham Racing 1 & 2 have issues going on with the front end, I don't know why it looks so sloped compared to a real catfish Camaro.
- Ford vs Chevy's Camaro model wasn't too bad, it looks for on model with a real Camaro than I expected a game like this to look.
- It's a shame that the 4th gen only appeared in the Forza Motorsport titles on the 8th gen of consoles, I wished it would appear again in Gran Turismo at least. Maybe with GT7 as DLC.
