Chicken Chopped Cheese on the Griddle --My last cook on the CAMP CHEF GRIDDLE
940This Chicken Chopped Cheese on the griddle is similar to the classic Chopped Cheese sandwich, except with a Southwest kick! We added some Sazon seasoning, bell peppers, and onions to ground chicken and made it just like a chopped cheese on the flat top grill. Instead of American cheese, we used pepper jack for a little spice. And we made an awesome sandwich spread with canned chipotles in adobo and some spices.
