Low carb meal prep made easy! Today, we're making chicken thigh stew, 4-5 servings. The best use case is freezing the sauce in plastic containters, which can last up to a few months. This dish is very keto-friendly, as it doesn't contain any starchy vegetables. The meat has a decent amount of fat as well, and it makes for a nice thick sauce.
