So, I had a free kid's meal coupon. Decided to go to Chili's West Oaks here in the lovely town of Houston, Texas. Waited 30 minutes and change and all we got were menus.

Poor service. Nagging customers. Nope, they'll never have to worry about me as a customer at that location.
