In this episode, the family gets accustomed to having a newborn in the home. But when Sky is left alone with the baby while everyone goes to work and school, an absolutely devastating issue surfaces.
BACKSTORY: Sky and Kody were the picture perfect high school sweethearts...but whats on the surface may not be what it seems. After having their quadruplets, Kody and Sky started drifting apart causing their relationship to be quite distant now. As a result of Sky pulling away from Kody after birthing the quads, Kody's jealous ways have intensified because he thinks she may have someone else. Can they come back together to raise the quads or will it all fall apart?
