Chivalry 2 Content Update 2 is on the way and for a few hours earlier today they let players test out the new gameplay mode and the newest weapon that will be added to the game: the Rapier.

The Chivalry 2 Rapier was exclusive to the Footsoldier, Man at Arms class. Like I said in the video, my opinion of the weapon is pretty lukewarm. The longer weapons in Chivalry 2 have such an advantage over the shorter weapons, especially in the team modes.

Speaking of which, Last Team Standing isn't shaping up to be a great time for me. There's way too much downtime. Sometimes you just get a bad match and die early and in the other gameplay modes it's no big deal because you're back alive in seconds. But in Chivalry 2's Last Team Standing you're stuck watching other people play while you wait for the last member of a team to die. What happened a lot is that the last player just runs away and hides.

I kinda kills the mood of the game; I'm plain and simply not a fan of Last Team Standing.

Here's to hoping Chivalry 2 continues to improve!
