Kiyomi has been touting the benefits of green tea and 'coffee alternative powder' made from brown rice for 17 years. She is also an avid cook and has been creating recipes using green tea as a way to incorporate its powerful antioxidants in everyday life. Although green tea is naturally caffeinated, her company, SEI MEE TEA(R), offers water-processed-decaf green tea powder, which offers less than 3 mg caffeine per serving. You can use this natural green tea powder in the same way as regular Matcha, such as smoothies, baked goods, and even an elegant mocktail while enjoying the benefits from antioxidants but not caffeine. Kiyomi is going to show two quick and easy drink recipes for you to enjoy. These drinks are to nourish you but also a great way to relax and get refreshed—they will make you feel better and do not disturb your sleep! Expand your horizon and enrich your diet while boosting it with a powerfully healthy ingredient; green tea powder and roasted brown rice powder. Join us and learn how to use them as part of the staples in your pantry.
