Stunts, aka 4D Sports Driving, was one of my earliest favourites when it came to racing games. Not only did you get to race a variety of cars but you were also able to build your own stunt tracks (hence the name).

The game also had a rockin' soundtrack for the time.

Thanks to Teppica who originally ripped these - this is how I remember the game music, played through a Sound Blaster 16.
