NOTE: Due to many multiple same boss fights in the game (and you fight them tons of time, I will not record all fights and only post the important ones since usually they are cannonfodders).
- Wow, this is one of the hardest battle in the game all because of how the healing system works. If you saw my live stream, you know how hard this battle was considering how many attempts I fought her, until I figured out a way to beat her... mentioned below...
I use these three healing triggers below:
If under 50% HP then restore 30% HP when attacked.
If under 15% HP then restore 70% HP when attacked.
If under 30% HP then restore 50% HP when defending.
[ MAIN KEY LOOP ]
The key is to put yourself in a healing loop.. where BlackHeart deals enough damage to drop your HP under 30% everytime.
You MUST get healed every turn (unless you have near full health) since she can take 70-80% of your HP away easily.
[ STARTING LOOP ]
In the beginning, you need to hope BlackHeart will drop your HP under 50% so the 30% Heal will trigger. This will perfectly set you up for getting hurt for under 30% HP everytime. After this remove this trigger since using it anymore could set you up too little HP to survive the next round of onslaught!
Unluckily, she didn't drop my HP low enough to trigger.. so I thought I was dead.. again. But luckily she didn't use her more powerful moves so I was able to survive the first attack instead of a Game Over.
[ HEAL LOOP to END ]
From there its just one huge loop, although there are some few luck factors involved at the end.
Near the end, BlackHeart will become extremely aggressive able to deal up to 90% of your HP (aka, instant game over if you're unlucky).
She can use any of the following moves twice in one turn:
- Stomp which can deal almost 3k damage
- Hard Punch which deals about 3k damage
- EXskill which deals about 4k damage.
If she chained her EXskill with any of the other attacks.. its pretty much game over even with full HP (while defending).
So far.. insane tough battle.. could be easier if I leveled more and look for better equipments in the new high level dungeons I've unlocked probably (Lv80 dungeons).
