Through a three year developmental deal, Chris Columbus 1492 Pictures has officially teamed up with CJ Entertainment & Media to remake Norwegian film, Troll Hunter. Set to write the script, Marc Haimes.
Shot documentary style, the flick is about students whose investigation of bear killings lead them to a man who winds up being a troll hunter.
When asked about the remake, Columbus says, "Visually, there are scenes in this film that American audiences have never seen. We want to introduce an international audience to this amazing movie going experience."
