Chrono Trigger DS - Boss #12: Magus, King of Fiends
164Magus is the leader of the Fiend Army who is waging war against
Guardia's forces. There's more to this guy than we all know but we can
worry about that later. For now, time for the boss battle against
Magus.Magus is a strong opponent who has mastery over light, fire, ice
and shadow. He has a variety of attacks that can hit all your party
members not to mention his weaknesses vary too. Use the Masamune on
Magus to lower his Magic Defense and attack using the same element
he'll use though if he uses Shadow, attack to change his barrier to an
element you can take advantage of.After damaging him up a bit, he'll
reduce his defense to cast a spell. That's a signal to attack but be
wary because after a while, he'll use his ultimate shadow spell known
as Dark Matter which hits hard. After that, use the time to heal up as
much as you can and then attack with powerful Dual Techs like Fire
Sword, Sword Stream, Ice Sword or if you like use a Triple Tech like
Triple Attack.I won't tell you what happens after you defeat him...
