Chrono Trigger DS - Boss #15: Golem
9When I did this in the SNES version of the game, I didn't know what the
heck to do but fortunately, I know what I should be doing and here's a
little tactic I learned on how to take it down.The Golem will start off
with imitating physical moves and using Iron Ball which reduces a party
member's HP by half. Immediately after that, use a move like Lightning
so that it can imitate the Light element and then heal your party. Once
that is done, attack by means of using Elemental techs like Thunder
Chomp, Iceberg Toss, Flame Kick and so on but whatever you do, don't
use a physical attack for that it'll unleash an attack that hits 500
points of damage taking out a party member. If that happens, revive the
character and then repeat the strategy but do it quick before it does
Iron Ball then take your allies down.After that, Zeal imprisons you but
Schala, Janus and a "Prophet" help you escape. With the way to
Antiquity sealed, Crono and the gang must find another way back there.
Looks like we need to head back... back to the future.
