This video contains early footage of the game in its near-final game engine stages and with most of the first and second levels completed.

Some elements such as end-level bosses and a higher frame-per-second count are not present in this video. In this video, the version being displayed was running at around 30 FPS while the final game version runs at 60 FPS and is therefore smoother and a little quicker.

I would also like to apologize for the poor video and sound quality. During the recording, for some reason the music kept going out on me and the size (width/height) of the video was also not properly set up, as you can tell by the borders around the right and bottom sides of the screen when not on the "level transition" screen.

Also, as a bonus and due to YouTube's ability to quickly add annotations to existing videos, I've added notes all throughout the video highlighting important parts and giving you further insight into the development and workings of the game.
