ChunkBuild 10: Minecraft Roman Baths | Ancient Rome theme 1 (Minecraft 1.12)
Welcome to another episode of ChunkBuild, the series where we make small chunk sized but beautiful houses! In today's episode 10 we have a new theme: Minecraft Ancient Rome, and our first Minecraft Roman building is a Minecraft Roman Baths!
This build uses the minecraft 1.12 white concrete powder as a base, but introduces both quartz and diorite to break it up. The quartz is used for minecraft columns, and the diorite to symbolise deterioration. The build has jungle wood as the roof material, a best compromise given the lack of stairs and slab blocks in the game.
This build is available to download as a structure block here:

To use this structure in your own world, download it and put it in the structures folder in your world save folder. Then give yourself a structure block (/give @p minecraft:structure_block), place it and set it to load, entering the file name as name.
Chunkbuild is a series where I will show three builds per theme, then go on to a new theme, ad infinitum. Each build fits in a Minecraft chunk, ergo Chunkbuild. The themes will vary tremendously, so if you don't like a style, just give it a week or so and then check back.
In these videos I show of the build, comment on the block palette; details of the builds and show you how to do elements that are hard to build or interesting. The theme this time is Western.
