163So the way this will work from now on is that I'm gonna go over the ID in detail at Uptie 3 since I don't have nearly enough thread for Uptie 4, and then I will go over Uptie 4 after doing the combat test.
So yeah, Uptie 4 is out, and along with it, a new Don Quixote. This is a really solid ID that seems to be along the lines of Liu Ishmael in terms of overall strength, but she doesn't do very much in specific. I prefer it over W Don but I think W will still be better at dealing damage overall.
