Happy Cirno Day everyone!

I was prepping for a Cirno Day stream until...this monstrosity hit.
So if you don't know, modern Touhou games have some random graphical glitches. They vary from game to game, but one of the rarest I could find is the anm glitch.
This causes the background to flash sprite sheets and other assets very randomly (even turning the game's code into background polygons from the look of it). Other effects not able to be shown in the video were my brightness settings messing up (?!?!) and random slowdown. I think it may have fucked up the RAM of my computer :V
Stream starts at 9:09 PM GMT or later depending on when Minogame does/finishes his stream
