4Cities: Skylines After Dark is an excellent city building simulation game, that takes the city building genre to a new level, the game also boasts a fully realized transport system, meaning that traffic is modelled correctly (not just for show) and bad traffic can be the doom of your commercial/industry and even your city!!!
After Dark is a DLC that adds more buildings, zones, and vehicles aimed at the night, but the Day/Night cycle is part of the base game update and is a FREE update to all Cities: Skylines players.
