Cities: Skylines II has been recorded with rtx 3060 gpu which is almost similar performance as a750 and rx 7600. I have been tried this game with different settings and it feels like this game isn't optimized. I was getting low fps in high graphics quality. Performance was good in low graphics preset though, but it looks very choppy. Sometimes it looks bad and stutter sometimes but i don't think so it is big issue and i also think this stutter is for bottleneck.
