Wassup guys today I'll be showing you how to fix the Not enough workers problem in the industrial areas (Cities skylines).
FOR EVERY TYPE OF PLATFORM

-1ST REASON this problem can occur: The citizens of your city living around the industrial areas can be educated: if this is the case, they would rather work at an office than a factory.
FIX: Destroy all schools around the industrial areas.

-2ND REASON: Citizens live too far from the industrial areas, meaning that they would rather not work there.
FIX: Build houses next to the industrial areas.
