Cities: Skylines - Precision Engineering Tool

These are the basics on the Precision Engineer Tool.
- Measurements: Almost everything is measured in U. 10U is the same as 1 block in a normal road construction.
- Angle: The degrees in making corners
- Elevation (Elev): Lower elevation is shown like: (Elev: *m). If your road is higher then the other one you are constructing next to it is shown like: (Elev:-*m) With a small minus in front of it.
