In this video I show you how to install the Nintendo 3DS emulator, Citra, on higher-end Android devices. It's really not too difficult but if you are having problems, hopefully this will sort you out!
Emulator featured is Citra, available for free as well as a paid version, on the Google Play Store.
While you're there, don't forget to grab Astro File Manager and 7 Zipper, these are also free.
I recommend a phone with a Snapdragon 855 processor or above and ideally with at least 8GB of RAM.
I cannot tell you where to find games online, just search Google or rip your original game cards.
Your performance may vary depending on the processor inside your phone, but experiment, in my experience, over 90% of games work great!
