City Bus Manager - Recreate bus routes in real locations. Build, Buy, Manage, profit.. hopefully ;-)
9Today we're playing City Bus Manager which is a bus management tycoon game.
The game works on Windows and Linux (played on Linux), and has keyboard/ mouse and game controller support.
You choose a real location and build a depot. From here you manage your set-up including buying buses, hiring drivers, adding/ managing routes, and setting prices.
The routes you build a totally up to you. In this video I opted to mimic real routes in the area I actually live but you don't need to do this.
The game feels fairly straight forward to learn with the only frustration being at the beginning you don't have access to set rotors as you have to research this and the drivers seemed to come and go as they please so at times routes had no buses but we had spare drivers either at home or in the canteen.
It's a relaxing game to play but might get repetitive after a while as it seems (and I've only played a couple of hours) that you would simply keep doing the same thing again and again whilst slowly expanding.
