“My name is Mike Ornoski, I’m with the Planning and Development. My title is “Team Leader over Commercial Inspections.”
“You can see we are up in North Phoenix right now and the same thing is happening in downtown Phoenix. People want to live in Phoenix, and there is a line of people wanting to move into nice high-end apartments like these.”

Tony Escobar/Camden Developments:
“My name is Tony Escobar with Camden Developments out of Houston. We are building out at 6800 N. Mayo Blvd.”
“One of the qualities I like about Phoenix, is they are not here to try to hold you up. They will work with you.”

Todd Pease/Structural Inspections Field Supervisor:

“I’m Todd Pease, I am the Structural Inspections Field Supervisor and have been working with the City of Phoenix for 20-years.”
“We’re up on a job like this hundreds of times, and what it all comes down to is life safety.”

“A long time ago it was more like the “inspectors vs. the contractor” and it was like that all over the country. The City of Phoenix completely changed that throughout the years and now it is more like they are a customer.”
